• Contest ad appears in The Gazette on September 4, 5 and 6 space permitting.
• In order to win, participants visit vivafilm.com/concours and type in the clue or fill the entry form and send it to P.O. 426, Succ. Place d’Armes, Montreal, Qc H2Y 3H3. Entry forms must be received no later than 11:59pm, Wednesday, September 10, 2008.
• No fax accepted.
• 100 prizes to win: 100 double passes to the premiere ($20 each).
• Value of the prizes: $2000.
• Random draw of all forms will be done on September 11 at 12:00 (noon).
• The 100 winners will receive their pass by mail.
• Prizes must be accepted as is. No refunds, replacements or reimbursements. A limit of one participation per person.
• A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest can be submitted for resolution to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux. A dispute regarding the attribution of a prize can be submitted to the Régie, but only for the Régie’s intervention in the resolution process between the parties.
• All employees, representatives or agents of Alliance Vivafilm Inc., or any of its affiliates, and the persons with whom they reside cannot participate to this contest.
