A NO-HIT NO-RUN SUMMER CONTEST RULES
presented by The Gazette and Alliance Vivafilm

  • Contest ad appears in The Gazette on July 18-19-20 space permitting.
  • In order to win, participants visit vivafilm.com and type in the clue or fill the entry form and send it to P.O. 426, Succ. Place d'Armes, Montreal, Qc H2Y 3H3. Entry forms must be received no later than 11:59pm, Wednesday, July 23, 2008.
  • No fax accepted.
  • 200 prizes to win: 200 double passes to the premiere ($20 each).
  • Value of the prizes: $4000.
  • Random draw of all forms will be done on July 24 at 12:00 (noon).
  • The 200 winners will receive their pass by mail.
  • Prizes must be accepted as is. No refunds, replacements or reimbursements.
  • A limit of one participation per person.
  • A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest can be submitted for resolution to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux.  A dispute regarding the attribution of a prize can be submitted to the Régie, but only for the Régie's intervention in the resolution process between the parties.
  • All employees, representatives or agents of Alliance Vivafilm Inc., or any of its affiliates, and the persons with whom they reside cannot participate in this contest.
